Baby and Me Tobacco Free

The Baby and Me Tobacco Free program is a free program provided by Highland County Community Action and Highland County WIC. This program encourages expectant mothers and their support systems to quit smoking. 

The program consists of 4 sessions and an agreement to take a monthly breath test to prove the individual is tobacco free. Stay smoke free after your baby is born and receive a monthly voucher for free diapers for up to 12 months.

Ohio Quitlogix

Ohio Quitlogix is a free cessation program for Ohioans 18 or older. Coaches on the quitline are available 24/7 via call, text or email for up to 5 free sessions. Nicotine patches, gum or lozenges are provided free for 4 weeks.
