The Ohio Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) offers financial assistance to improve water quality by repairing or upgrading Household Sewage Treatment Systems (HSTS). This program helps property owners lower the cost of fixing failing septic systems, ensuring proper wastewater treatment.
